How the practice feels
Dental Care of Woodstock is built for patients who want clear answers, familiar faces, and fewer referrals. You will see the same dentists, the same front desk, and the same approach from a first exam through larger treatment.
Your dentists
Dr. Vaid and Dr. Shaikh were both named to the National Consumer Advisory Board's list of America's Best Dentists — a selection based on training, board certification, and continuing education, with no fees or sponsorship involved in the selection.
DDSDr. Shaikh attended NYU College of Dentistry on an academic scholarship, graduating in 2005, then completed a General Practice Residency at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, NY, where he served as Chief Resident.
He practiced in Long Island, NY before settling in Woodstock. His continuing education has focused on esthetic dentistry, root canal therapy, implant surgery, and Invisalign.
DMDDr. Vaid grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and graduated with honors from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2012, consistently on the Dean's List.
She practiced in Philadelphia before moving to Woodstock. Her postdoctoral training focused on pediatric dentistry, esthetic dentistry, and Invisalign, and she's mentored numerous dental graduates since.

The office
The office meets and surpasses OSHA and CDC standards, and there's a dedicated kids' area so a sibling waiting on a parent isn't stuck staring at a treatment chair.
We'll always submit insurance forms for you and walk through the numbers before any work starts — no surprise invoice at the end. For larger treatment plans, we'll work out a payment schedule that fits. Check, cash, and major credit cards are all accepted.
Emergency calls and same-week appointments are welcome, especially for new patients. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else — a fee may apply without it.
